Due to the increase in No Call/No Show appointments and last minute cancelations., we regret we need to initiate the following policies:

Effective January 1, 2007

All no call/no show appointments will now be billed at the full rate of the scheduled massage.

Cancelations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a $20 cancellation fee.
